Each type of product has its own terms of production, which depend on the complexity of the selected type of product and the manufacturing workload.
On average, production takes 7-14 days.
Customers receive notifications about all stages of production, including terms of production.
Such minutiae can be tracked either in your personal account on the moslabel.com website, or by email notifications.

Do you provide assistance in developing or finalizing the design of labels?
"Fabrika Moslabel" employs professional designers who will help you develop or finalize the design of your labels, in accordance with the technical requirements of production for different types of products (jacquard labels; printed labels on satin, nylon, polyester, cotton, silicone; cardboard labels, leatherette and PVC labels, branded seals, size labels and others).
If you already have a logo image created in a vector editor, such as Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator, it can be reworked free of charge!

Do you offer delivery?
"Fabrika Moslabel" offers its customers a number of ways to receive their orders:
-Self-pickup from the company's office in Moscow, Kuskovskaya street, 20A, entrance 5, floor 7, office A718.
-Delivery within the city of Moscow: the cost for delivery within the Moscow Ring Road is 500 rubles, at a distance of up to 20 km from the Moscow Ring Road - 1000 rubles.
-For regions, the delivery to transport companies in Moscow (Business lines, CDEK, PEK, BoxBerry) is offered free of charge.

Woven Labels - Woven Circle - Things to Look For
Weaving technology makes it possible to recreate in the smallest detail even a rather complex logo on a jacquard label.

Woven Labels Single or double thread background. What is it?
If the label you ordered has a white (light) background, with a dark thread woven into it, then this might cause the background will become slightly shaded and fade into the colour of the logo thread.
To avoid this and make the background a bright (pristine) white colour, “Fabrika Moslabel” suggests opting for a double thread background. Please note that the price will increase slightly because of this.

Woven Labels - How to choose between acetate or lurex?
“Fabrika Moslabel” offers its customers several glitter thread options: lurex and acetate.
Lurex is a metallic thread, which makes it more rigid. This must be taken into account when looking for a place to sew the finished product.

A mock-up is a document that prescribes the terms of reference for product manufacture.

- all fonts must be converted to curves.
- any lines and individual elements must be at least 0.2 mm thick.

Why do I have to give the mock-up a go-ahead?
When checking the layout, you need to pay attention to the spelling, phone numbers, addresses, fonts, logos, colour, correct location, composition on the label, type of materials, product size, quantity.
The order cannot be produced without your signature under the original mock-up (confirmation / agreement).
Errors found in the finished product after the APPROVAL OF THE MOCK-UP are not grounds for making a complaint and demanding alteration of the order!
